This package is appropriate for mid day wedding receptions, bridal or baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, sunday gatherings or just any event. This complete reception package includes our professionally attired service staff until the end of the event, unlimited drinking full refreshment bar, champagne and cider toast, linen service, table settings, elegant keepsake scroll, cake cutting service, coffee station, and fresh flowers and ferns for the buffet.   Your entire staff is professionally dressed in black and white attire including the Maitre'D/Coordinator, Chef, Assistant Chef, Waiters, Waitresses and Bartender from set up to clean up until the end of the event. The Maitre'D/Coordinator will organize the schedule for your 5 hour reception in advance, with a 2 hour set up, and 1 hour clean up totaling 8 hours. This will ensure your event flows smoothly and your reception site is left clean and organized.  Champagne and Cider poured to every guest at their table  Tropical Fruit Punch, Coke, Diet Coke, 7up and Bottled Water  Champagne & wine glasses, beer cups, cocktail napkins, ice, and all related bar condiments (Bartender Included)  Complete covering of all dining tables, cake, gift, sign in, buffet, bar, and head tables with white linen table cloths (White pleated skirts included where needed)
 Dining tables set with a dinner fork, knife, white linen napkin, champagne flute and keepsake menu buffet table furnished with china plates  The menu of your choice will be printed and placed at every place setting with your customized saying and date for guest to take home to remember your special event Example: “Thank you for sharing our day...
